Legal & Authenticity Disclaimer

Our products are not officially licensed merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced in cooperation with any film studio, production company, or rights holder.

The film fragments offered are authentic 35mm motion picture film prints originally used for theatrical exhibition, sourced from private cinema collections, archives, and collectors. No new film material is manufactured or reproduced. Each piece is a genuine historical artifact that has entered the secondary market.

These items are sold as collectible memorabilia, not as substitutes for the original films or any commercial viewing formats. The resale of authentic physical film materials may be subject to the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109) in the United States and the principle of exhaustion of rights under EU law, where the applicable legal conditions are met.

The presentation, mat design, layout, and overall visual concept are independently created fan-made artwork, produced in limited quantities and intended as a tribute to cinema history. Film titles, character names, and trademarks are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.
